Kalyx Spritz

50 ml Kalyx
Top up with sparkling wine (alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Lemon & raspberries

Pour Kalyx into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of lemon and raspberries.
Kalyx Fizz

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
Top up with tonic water
Garnish: Lemon or grapefruit zest

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with tonic water and stir briefly. Garnish with a piece of lemon or a grapefruit zest.
Kalyx Sour

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Lemon & raspberries

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add raspberries if you like.
Kalyx Mule

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Lemon

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball or tumbler glass. Garnish with a piece of lemon.
Kalyx Tonic

50 ml Kalyx
Top up with tonic water
Garnitur: Lemon zest & raspberries

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon zest and add raspberries if you like.
Kalyxpolitan

50 ml Kalyx
50 ml cranberry juice
15 ml lime juice
Garnish: Lime

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of lime.
